|Sponsor/Exhibit/Advertise - 2018 Annual Conference|
ASTR offers three categories of exhibit booth representation at the Annual Conference: college/univeristy, non-profit, and for profit. Each booth includes exhibitor registration for two representatives. You may purchase up to two more regsitrations per booth. In October, a form will be sent to your main exhibit contact to submit your representative names. All exhibit booth opportunities are on a first-come first-served basis. You can register online or by downloading the prospectus (pdf).
*Shipping direct to show site:
All shipments should arrive no earlier than Wednesday, November 14, 2018.
* Handling fees will be incurred based on the weight of each item shipped. Please use shipping labels, provided by ASTR, for each item shipped. Please also complete the inbound shipping form and send directly to the contact listed. You are responsible for any additional charges that you may incur from the hotel.

What should I bring with me?
What if my items are not at my booth?
If your items are not at your booth when you arrive, please find Briana Baker onsite. If boxes do not have attached labels on them, you will need to come to the storage room to claim your boxes so that they can be delivered to your booth.
Will security be available to watch my things?
The exhibit hall will be locked and accessible by ASTR staff only during non-exhibit hours. However, please keep in mind that ASTR and The Westin San Diego Gaslmap Quarter do not guarantee to protect the exhibitors against any loss or damage of any kind.
What is the most important thing to remember?

Conference attendees use the onsite program book as their guide throughout the meetings of plenary sessions and seminars. Your best outreach to attendees is through this useful conference tool. Reserve a space to promote your company’s products and/or services to this broad audience of theatre scholars and educators in higher education. All sponsorship, exhibit booth, and advertisement cancellations must be submitted online by October 3, 2018 to receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be given after this date. If ASTR cannot hold the conference due to acts of God, war, government regulations, disaster, strikes, civil disorder, or curtailment of transportation facilitating other emergencies making it inadvisable, illegal, or impracticable to provide the facilities or to hold the meeting, each prepaid registrant/ exhibitor will receive a copy of conference handouts and any other materials that would have been distributed. Fixed conference expenses will be paid from the pre-registration funds. Remaining funds will be refunded to pre-registrants/ exhibitors. ASTR is not responsible for any other costs incurred by pre-registrants/exhibitors in connection with the conference.
