Various ASTR Committees and Task Forces convene throughout the year to provide resources for best practices for institutions and departments (in the form of white papers, statements, or recommendations) and resources for mentoring, publishing, and teaching. At the annual conference, Field Conversations support participants at all points in their career through roundtable discussions.
