NEW LIMITED Conference Hotel Accommodations

We have sold out all of the rooms reserved at the ASTR group rate in the Seattle Renaissance Hotel. However, we have contracted for a limited room block of 20 rooms each night at the nearby Crowne Plaza Hotel, starting on Wed., November 17 with check out on Sunday, November 21, at the same rate as the Renaissance (see below).

You are encouraged to make reservations as soon as possible as these rooms will go quickly, and there is no guarantee that we will be able to secure more rooms.

Sleeping room rates are $119 single or double room plus 15.6 % tax. Group rates are offered three days following the dates of the room block based on availability. The group rate is available until these rooms are booked. However, your early reservations are encouraged.
