CANCELLATION POLICY
To receive a refund, minus a $30 administrative fee, cancellations must be received in writing prior to November 9, 2011. No cancellations will be accepted after November 9.
CAREER SESSION TOPICS
You must pre-register to participate in one of the Career Session Topics. You must indicate and include payment if you want a box lunch.

Guaranteed sleeping room rates are:
$146 single or double room USD ($155.45 CDN) plus taxes (room rate x 3.5% city tax per night x 5% Goods & Services tax x 8.5% Provincial Sales tax).
The ASTR room block starts on Tuesday, November 15 and ends on Sunday, November 20. These rates are available to ASTR/TLA conference attendees three days pre- and post-conference based on availability.
Reservations: The group rate is available until October 26, 2011. However, your early reservations are encouraged. Go to: https://resweb.passkey.com/go/astr2011. You can also call 1-800-441-1414 or 1-514-861-3511 to make your reservations. Please identify the meeting as the American Society for Theatre Research Conference.
A one night’s hotel deposit is required. If cancellation is necessary, the deposit will be refunded if the reservation is cancelled 72 hours before the date of arrival.
NOTE:
- Reservations muust be received on or before Wednesday, October 26, 2011.
- The cancellation policy on room reservations is 72 hours prior to arrival date. Any cancellations received after that date will be charged one night's room and tax as a cancellation fee.

- Advertise in the ASTR/TLA Conference Program Book for as low as $200 for a 1/4 page ad! Conference attendees use the Onsite Program Book as their guide throughout the meetings of plenary sessions and seminars. Your best outreach to attendees is through this useful conference tool.
