The prefix "post-”, when attached to a discursive mode of inquiry, can imply "after” or "subsequent,” but can also be traced to the Greek apo, "away from.” In all cases, "post” involves questioning the categories that organize and structure that which is possible to think and practice. This year's conference invites participants to "Live Large. Think Big.”

After October 30, conference attendees may register online, but will pay onsite
registration rates. All attendees should report to the registration
desk to check in obtain name badges and conference information. Name
badges may be delayed for those registering at the registration desk onsite.
If you are an ASTR graduate student member planning to attend the conference, you may apply to receive a fellowship when you register. Here are the steps:
- Renew or join;
- Pay for conference registration;
- Send an email request to email@example.com requesting to receive a fellowship.
You are required to work 6 hours at the conference in exchange for reimbursement of your student registration fee. Students are accepted on a first come, first served basis.If you have any questions, please contact Nancy Erickson, ASTR Administrator, at firstname.lastname@example.org.
To receive a refund, minus a $30 administrative fee, cancellations must be received in writing prior to October 25, 2013. You can submit your cancellation to Joan Bruemmer-Holden, ASTR Registration Manager, at email@example.com. No cancellations will be accepted after October 25.
